Mindset: How do you develop sustainable fitness habit? What to do when you feel lazy?

Through online coaching, I will figure out all these for you. I will take your goals, lifestyle, schedule, preference into account to design the most tailored complete fitness program for you.

Initial Assessment

  • A form will be sent out to you to fill out, asking you questions about lifestyle, current diet, schedule, exercise preference etc.

  • We will then set up a call to fully dissect your goals and discuss the game plan to get you there.

Custom Training Program

  • A training program tailored to your goals, preference, schedule, to be updated every week to you.

  • With detailed loads, intensity, volume, and rest period. So you know exactly what you need to do in the gym.

Personalized Nutrition Guidelines

  • Nutrition guidelines according to your eating habits, and goals

  • Meal frequency, food selection, food portion that targets for you and your goals

Weekly Check-ins

  • Weekly check-in form to be sent out every Sunday for you to complete

  • To track your progress and allow me to know better on what I can do better for you.

Exercise Tutorial Videos

  • A set of exercise checklist videos to instruct you how to perform each exercises

  • Video link to be include in your training program sheet

Bi-weekly Coach Calls

  • Answer all your questions and give solutions to any struggles you may have

  • Outlining bi-weekly small actionable goals for you to get towards your main goals
